Communicating with clients is how to understand their unique needs and since every project, every site, and every client’s program is different, fulfilling these needs can only be accomplished through a collaboration. Most meetings are virtual (Gotomeeting or Zoom). A “fly through” of a virtual (3D) model during these meetings will, with great accuracy, allow for understanding the scale, functionality or look of the new design (and existing) spaces, the effects of natural light, the interaction with neighboring buildings or anything else that is a concern or focus of the overall program. The experience of a virtual 3D environment that accurately represents the existing and proposed building is what allows us to make informed decisions and assure us that the proposed improvements are meeting or exceeding our expectations.
