A former client once said, “Nothing is more transformative than a coat of paint.” As amusing and truthful as that is, sometimes a home or building needs more attention or drastic changes. Whether it be to bring light into a space, allow for aging in place, allow for a family to grow, replace dated equipment and finishes, or to simply make new aesthetic choices that will serve better for a current lifestyle, new work will always make the building function better with regards to energy consumption and overall comfort.
